Police
Rolling Fields is served by the Indian Hills Police Department (IHPD) through a policing agreement with the Cities of Indian Hills.  IHPD provides traffic, security service and a level of familiarity with residents that assures prompt response (3 minute service performance goal) and courteous attentiveness.

Emergencies – 911 or 502.893.COPS (2677) and identify yourself as a Rolling Fields resident asking for an IHPD response.

Tree Program
The City provides a financial incentive designed to provide a tree canopy over our neighborhood roads. Each year, we make several species trees available to plant (mature growth 40' or higher) within 18' of the City road, you pay a nominal fee and City will take care of rest. Please contact Fritz O’Connor to confirm your choice of tree. 

Sanitation
Rumpke provides garbage, yard waste and recycling services.
  Please call the Rumpke customer service line at 800-828-8171 if you have any other questions 

• TRASH - Tuesday: Please roll your container within 7’ of the street curb the evening before.
• RECYCLING - Fridays. All items MUST be in the container and  rolled to within 7’ of the curb.  
• YARD WASTE - Tuesdays. No loose limbs- please bundle in 5’ sections and place at the curb.  
• BULK ITEMS - Please call 800-828-8171 to schedule in advance

Fire
Rolling Fields contracts coverage with the St. Matthews Fire Department.
 The Department provides fire protection and EMS service at a rate of
 10 cents/$100 property valuation.
Prevention – The Department will provide a free residential audit upon request.
Caution – open fires are prohibited in Jefferson County by Metro Ordinance
